Adding the MicroBlaze backend.

The MicroBlaze is a highly configurable 32-bit soft-microprocessor for
use on Xilinx FPGAs. For more information see:

The current LLVM MicroBlaze backend generates assembly which can be
compiled using the an appropriate binutils assembler.
