Adding Ocaml bindings for the bitreader as requested by Sarah
Thompson. Usage should be something like this:

dispose_module m
Compile with: ocamlc llvm.cma llvm_bitreader.cma
ocamlopt llvm.cmxa llvm_bitreader.cmxa
