Change LegalFPImmediates to use APFloat.
Add APFloat interfaces to ConstantFP, SelectionDAG.
Fix integer bit in double->APFloat conversion.
Convert LegalizeDAG to use APFloat interface in
ConstantFPSDNode uses.
