Make SELECT illegal on PPC32, switch to using SELECT_CC, which more closely reflects what the hardware is capable of. This significantly simplifies the CC handling logic throughout the ISel. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@22756 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
