Prepare for the future when llvm doesn't depend on llvm-gcc-4-0. This also avoids a fork bomb from the llvm-top/build script which doesn't know how to handle cycles in the dependence graph. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@39933 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
