mobicore: t-base-200 Daemon and RootPA fixes Fix the resource leaks in the registry library and cover the Coverity Issue. Cache coherency problems with mem traces when using MobiLoad - setup logs after fc init in Daemon. Make version information from buildTag.h available in release version of Daemon.
