Finish prefixing regs struct names with arch_
* defs: Rename regs -> sparc_regs.
* signal.c (sys_sigreturn): Use new variable name.
* syscall.c: Rename regs -> sparc_regs, regs -> avr32_regs.
(getrval2): Use new variable names.
(printcall): Likewise.
