Linux: implement decoding of preadv and pwritev syscalls * io.c [LINUX && HAVE_SYS_UIO_H] (sys_preadv, sys_pwritev): New functions. * linux/syscall.h (sys_preadv, sys_pwritev): Declare them. * linux/*/syscallent.h: Use them.
