Rename _newselect to select

As an exception to the general rules that syscall names should match
__NR_* constants defined in kernel headers, show select as "select"
and old select as "oldselect".

* linux/arm/syscallent.h (82): Change name to oldselect.
* linux/hppa/syscallent.h (142): Change name to select.
* linux/mips/syscallent-n32.h (6022): Likewise.
* linux/mips/syscallent-n64.h (5022): Likewise.
* linux/mips/syscallent-o32.h (4142): Likewise.
* linux/sparc/syscallent.h (230): Likewise.
