Fix vorbis decoding error. This change mimics what the ARM assembly code is doing. I believe this bug was exposed when EOS handling was changed to allow an empty buffer. Change-Id: I5eb88c563708a0013c31f7a0bb7efbc2d2d79231 Signed-off-by: Douglas Leung <douglas@mips.com>
