Get rid of VG_(malloc_aligned)(), and make VG_(arena_malloc_aligned)() local to vg_malloc2.c -- the core and tools never do allocations with alignments different to the default alignment. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@3343 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
