Fixed bug in overlap check in strncpy() -- it was assuming the src was 'n' bytes longs, when it could be shorter, which could cause false positives. Added an example of this to the regtest. MERGE TO STABLE git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@1983 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
