Moved Vex's arch/subarch detection out of main() into VG_(translate)()'s init routine. This meant that VG_(vex_arch) and VG_(vex_subarch) could be made local to VG_(translate)(). git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@3667 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
