Put arch-specific Cachegrind code in files in the main cachegrind/ directory, instead of subdirectories. This is simpler and consistent with how the rest of system is now structured. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@3865 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
