Handle the PROT_GROWSDOWN and PROT_GROWSUP mprotect flags properly which stops glibc falling over when a program requires an executable stack and glibc has been built to assume that PROT_GROWSDOWN will work. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@5041 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
