Remove the alignment arg from VG_(arena_calloc)() and VG_(arena_realloc)(), because it was always being set to VG_MIN_ALLOC_SZB, and so was just one more thing to get wrong, as well as exposing VG_MIN_ALLOC_SZB to more places than necessary. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@3340 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
