Add client requests VALGRIND_DISABLE_ADDR_ERROR_REPORTING_IN_RANGE and VALGRIND_ENABLE_ADDR_ERROR_REPORTING_IN_RANGE and supporting machinery for managing whole-address-space sparse mappings. n-i-bz.
