Added assertion checking to a whole bunch of mmap() and munmap() calls. I used assertions because if these calls fail, it's a bug in Valgrind. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@2474 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
