Removed some repetition in the way VG_(record_fd_open)() is called. As part of this, VG_(resolve_filename)() no longer calls VG_(malloc)() and so m_libcfile no longer depends on m_mallocfree. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@4001 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
