SipPhone: revise hangup() in SipCall and SipConnection. Make them DISCONNECTED immediately. Don't enter DISCONNECTING state and wait until SipSession ends the session. SipSession will get timed out eventually but PhoneApp/user don't need to know this detail and wait.
