IMS: Initialize audio quality with NONE instead of AMR_WB. Initial value of audio quality needs to be set to NONE to avoid wrong quality value during MO call setup. Change-Id: I06173abe38c9be1e9499c8c0958f985c45709f1c CRs-Fixed: 802704
