Always use the longer date format on the lock-screen The AOSP layout has both current date and alarm on one line, the date format then changes (is abbreviated) when there is an alarm set. The new layout (FPIIM-202) has no such restriction. Hence the longer date format is always used. FPIIM-414 Change-Id: Ia6dc57e028ab2466d4060e48edf0a3a89838df94
