Build mcld linker for the device - Add tools/mcld/Android.mk. Build ld.mc for both the target and the host. - Include missing, but needed, source files in lib/LD and lib/Script to relevant Makefiles. Change-Id: If3f73d0e6c22251bcb9ad1c67dc9fd70f1dab5d3
