Increase growth limit from 64m to 80m for 1024mb hdpi tablet Prevents apps hitting oome due to old linear alloc objects being allocated in the java heap causing the heap to be larger than it used to be. Bug: 18707227 Change-Id: Ia49a7e6b24ae9fba1961d600d4599c17313b556b
