Allow for resizing of Virtual Displays. Modify SurfaceFlinger to use VirtualDisplaySurface in all cases when a virtual display is used. Add functionality in VirtualDisplaySurface to resize the buffers aquired in the QueueBufferOutput. Add transaction support in SurfaceFlinger for resize.
