media: refine kMetadataBufferTypes - Fix kMetadataBufferTypeANWBuffer, so that it only relies on system/core structures. This resolves potential linker issues if the framework changes. - Add fence to be passed with kMetadataBufferTypeANWBuffer. - Add utility structures to access the metadata buffer layouts.
