Fix extra spaces that had been getting added when the user selectd/unselected a chip. This also prevents us from having to make an extra string and replace it as all we were REALLY doing was replacng the span. Also fixes the issue where we were leaving an extra space after deleting a chip by pressing the X. This was an off by 1 error. Change-Id: I9d2dbe4647119a64857766ee9b45207c6d365497
