wifi: Avoid illegal memory access. strncpy() is deprecated, instead use strlcpy() which will terminate the destination string with NULL character. Avoid ssid_utf8 pointer dereference before the NULL check. CRs-Fixed: 791155 Change-Id: I5986cd7a704e231713001a2929d86e41e567f6b0
