WiFi: Invoke getWifiLinkLayerStats() only if driver is loaded When the screen state changes from off to on, getWifiLinkLayerStats() is getting invoked even if the driver is not loaded. Add a check to invoke the same only if driver is loaded Change-Id: I5cfa8990a354af033f977668a805da129d8f46c2
