Define new wake_up sensors in sensors.h

      i) Define WAKE_UP sensors.
ii) Deprecate flags DRY_RUN and WAKE_UPON_FIFO_FULL.
iii) Define maxDelay and isWakeUpSensor flag in sensor_t.
