Fused Location Provider HAL interface. Fused location allows for fusion of information from multiple source like GPS, Wifi, Cell, Bluetooth, Sensors etc to get a location. Doing this in hardware is useful because it can be done completely in the baseband without waking up the AP. Change-Id: Ib007839ff51b7e87e8d62f0ff9fea1c4a474b1d1
