Camera: Add support for 4x zoom and to pass maximum zoom value to upper layers. Add support for 4X zoom by calling setCrop of overlay or mdp blit with crop information. Also, get the maximum zoom value from driver and pass the same in camera parameters. Changed the zoom step size from 6 to 1 for smooth zoom. CRs-Fixed: 222381, 222382
