LE: Add ability to pass address type to GATT test command Currently the GATT test command to connect a remote device assumes a public Bluetooth device address. This patch adds the ability to pass in the address type via the test command interface. Change-Id: Ic892b7bf5f9b261152492778da0c78b184b5e9b2
