Don't show the keyboard on entry, even if a text field has focus. This prevents the keyboard from showing up in the SearchActivity when changing orientation. The suggestions dropdown still flickers. That part is under investigation. Bug: 5383141 Change-Id: I2f918b9ea09dd9e0aea7e8ec477a6dd682ee3fa3
