CaptureModule first run dialog. * Introduce FirstRunDialog. * Add OneCameraCharacteristics so we can query camera properties without opening the camera. * Refactor AspectRatioDialogLayout and LocationDialogLayout to clean up. * Refactor to move away from portability/Size class in Camera2.
