Reset the decoder in ZoomView when data updated. The BitmapRegionDecoder has to be reset to load the new bitmap when the data is updated. Also recycle() should be called when the decoder is not used anymore. bug:14625920 Change-Id: Ib7284059320a71adb66204c4834e5b75802142fc
