FP2-1016: Merge upstream fixes for FaiphoneLauncher3

Merge upstream updates for the fairphone launcher
Includes:
   * fixed launcher not starting on default screen
   * switched clock widget for google search widget
   * Update widget and launcher icons
   * Remove people widget garbage
   * Fix oobe popup asset
   * Add oobe popup asset
   * Make the old oobe use dp
   * Add some of the new assets and styles
   * Fix empty drawer issue
   * fixed npe
   * made myapps widget top margin consistent with mycontacts
   * Ignore androidCleaner.py
   * fixed title positioning
   * updates translations to fit new layout
   * updated my apps widget to latest specs.
   * Add old OOBE
