FP2-1171:Unfortunately,Gallery has stopped' pops up when set a big picture as contact's photo Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Failed to allocate a 817045052 byte allocation with 4785914 free bytes and 249MB until OOM Change-Id: I652d2a04f170f81ed481385f698e0a27e07e012f
