What's New Dialog https://docs.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B9gZLUc5DY13VmlSaldIaFJ0UHM/edit Show a "What's New" dialog to first time users, and after certain upgrades, outlining new features. Also link to it from the About screen, possibly showing slightly different content in the dialog.
