IME: Fix the Japanese IME crash when tapped suggestion word. The Engine of Japanese is not initialized which cause the NullPointerException happened. Add init in the creation of OpenWnnJAJP. CRs-Fixed: 619654 Change-Id: I72662a81c1235f932f8cedba88806f23d64444bd
