Make upgrading to AUTO INCREMENT more robust If the upgrade fails, turn on a receiver that listens for storage ok. When there's more storage try the upgrade again. Tested the normal upgrade path with 10,000 threads. Tested the upgrade path with 10,000 threads and low memory. Left the test code in, but turned off.
