Revert "Only enable build modules for platform branches" Will rename the module in frameworks/testing from 'android-support-test' to 'android-support-test-src' and all unbundled app branches will then use the prebuilt instead Bug: 18977419 Bug: 18708851 This reverts commit 41a78eee06e9f395929070e7faac4b027a0c6017.
