Create a version of the annotations prebuilt that can be used as a dependency This is the exact same file that already exists in .../prebuilts/devtools/tools/lib/annotations.jar, except that that hierarchy doesn't contain any Android.mk files, and as such the prebuilt isn't directly usable. I used the ddmlib prebuilt directory, .../prebuilts/misc/common/ddmlib/, as a template for this directory. Bug: 20491556 Bug: 22729459 Change-Id: I48590d59c2398e1bbcb8074231c23ab3b38ef523
