FTP: Support both primary and secondary external storage

Expose both PRIMARY (internal phone memory) and SECONDARY
(external sdcard) memory partitions through FTP Server.
File system paths are retreived from Enivronment variables
EXTERNAL_STORAGE and SECONDARY_STORAGE.

Folders naming "PHONE_MEMORY" and "EXTERNAL_MEMORY" are
composed in folder listing at root path to get the USER
selection for access to internal or external storage.
