SAP: Change USER_CONFIRM_TIMEOUT_VALUE to 30 secs This patch increases the USER_CONFIRM_TIMEOUT_VALUE from 7 secs to 30 secs since 7secs is not enough time for the user to open the notification box and acknowledge the request. CRs-Fixed: 586242 Change-Id: I41983609d2ebaea9bf516abe59959eca78125e03
