Bluetooth-Wipower: A4WP hold a wakelock upon connection.
This ensures the wake lock is held during wipower connection
and released once the connection is dropped, in case of registeration
timeouts the wake locks are not triggered.
Note: This is back-up solution till the issue is root caused.
by default the wake lock is enabled if the property
persist.a4wp.skip_connection_wakelock is set then the wake
lock will be skipped.
