wlan: Enable BMU HW tracing by default. Currently BMU tracing is disabled by default.As per FW requirement this needs to be enabled by default. Also DXE channel gets open if gEnableMgmtLogging or gEnableBMUHWtracing is enabled.For BMUTracing there will be no packets coming to Host.
