prima: Send DELBA with reason code eSIR_MAC_PEER_TIMEDOUT_REASON Host is sending DELBA indication to both TDLS and AP before TDLS teardown. This is done to avoid the re-order issue after TDLS teardown When STA sends DELBA with reason SIR_MAC_PEER_TIMEDOUT_REASON then AP will retry to establish the BA session with STA.
