Wlan: Map proper regdomain to countries in countryInfoTable

As China's regdomain is mapped to FCC in host, When China country
is set host sends regdomain as FCC to firmware.

Now if channel 9 is set with secondary channel offset above primary
(HT40+ mode), the firmware returns failure as this combination is
not allowed in FCC.

Many other countries also does not have proper mapping of regdomain.

To avoid this map proper regdomain to countries in countryInfoTable.
