Fix for RSSI low even when DUT is close to AP

when Rssi is reported based on the beacon received from the adjacent
channels other than current operating channel it is low even though
Ap is close to DUT.so filtering the beacons received from the channels
other than current opearting channel is currently present only for
Aps operating in 2.4GHZ channels.this commit extends the filtering
mechanism to HT capable Aps which are operating in 5GHZ channels
